2009 Holiday Sharing Guide. The Human Development Council is proud to release the 2009 Holiday Sharing Guide. The guide is a listing of services offering help during the Christmas Community. Homelessness

Experiencing Homelessness 2011 - Saint John's Third Homelessness Report Card: The Greater Saint John Homelessness Steering Committee released Saint John's Third Annual Homelessness Report Card in March 2011. This year’s edition of the report card focuses on the engagement of area churches in projects to help homeless people. The card also includes statistics and stories on homelessness issues from around the province, as well as Saint John.

Experiencing Homelessness 2010 - Saint John's Second Homelessness Report Card: The Greater Saint John Homelessness Steering Committee released Saint John's Second Annual Homelessness Report Card in March 2010. This year’s edition of the report card includes statistics and stories from around the province, as well as Saint John. In the city section, we report on successes from the past year, and what still needs to be done. The provincial section contains statistics and stories about issues that affect homeless people across the province, and highlights from Bathurst, Moncton and Fredericton. Experiencing Homelessness 2009 - Saint John's First Homelessness Report Card: The Greater Saint John Homelessness Steering Committee released Saint John's first Homelessness Report Card in July 2009. The report card represents a profile of homelessness in Greater Saint John and introduces many of the organizations that work to reduce homelessness.

New Brunswick's Homelessness Report Card 2009 New Brunswick's First Homelessness Report Card was a collaborative effort of the Community Homelessness Network Inc. (Bathurst), the Fredericton Community Action Group on Homelessness, the Greater Moncton Homelessness Steering Committee, and the Greater Saint John Homelessness Steering Committee. It presents a profile of homelessness in the province and the four designated communities under the Federal Homelessness Partnering Strategy (Bathurst, Fredericton, Moncton, and Saint John). Poverty Reduction

Child and Family Poverty Report Card: New Brunswick 2010. One in eight New Brunswick children live below the poverty line according to a report card released by the Human Development Council in partnership with Campaign 2000. New Brunswick has seen encouraging improvements in its child poverty rate since the last report (down 5%), especially compared to other provinces and territories. Yet despite progress, low wages and inadequate social supports still keep 17,000 New Brunswick children living in poverty. Download the Report Card. English Français

Child and Family Poverty Report Card: New Brunswick 2009.
